 Ingredients:10 - 16 ounce bag Broccoli Slaw
 bunch of green onions, sliced
 2-3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
 1-2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
 1 tablespoons minced fresh mint
 ½ cup roasted peanuts
 
 Dressing
 
 1/3 cup mayonaise
 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 1-½ tablespoons sugar
 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger root
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 Directions:Add slaw to bowl along with onions and herbs, toss.  In separate bowl combine dressing ingredients until smooth.  Add dressing to salad & toss.  Divide between 6 plates & garnish with peanuts.
